Individual Psychotherapy

I offer psychotherapy for individuals navigating major life transitions, including divorce. This work provides a structured and supportive space to explore the impact of past relational experiences, including emotional wounds and life narratives that have shaped current patterns and ways of relating.

Together, we work to understand and integrate these experiences with compassion and clarity, so they are no longer the only framework through which you see yourself. The focus is on healing, meaning-making, and developing a more integrated sense of self.

Alongside this deeper reflection, therapy is future-oriented and intentional, supporting you in clarifying your values, identity, and what you are moving toward as you build a more aligned and meaningful life.

Please feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to determine whether we are a good fit for services.

Group for Mothers Navigating Divorce

‍ ‍

A therapist-facilitated interpersonal group for mothers navigating divorce. This group offers a safe, supportive, and structured space to share experiences, gain insight, and connect with others who understand both the challenges of this transition and the opportunities for healing and growth.

Groups meet in a series of 8 sessions and new groups will be starting in the Fall 2026

Please feel free to contact me for a consultation to determine whether this group is a good fit for your needs.

Fees & Insurance

Individual Psychotherapy $175 for a 50 minute session

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for individuals and groups if the full fee would be a hardship.

I am not in-network with insurance providers. At this time, I’m unable to see Kaiser members in my private practice. If you have a PPO plan, I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.

Payment is accepted via credit or debit card.
