Interpersonal Psychotherapy

$175.00

I offer psychotherapy for individuals navigating major life transitions, including divorce. This work provides a structured and supportive space to explore the impact of past relational experiences, including emotional wounds and life narratives that have shaped current patterns and ways of relating.

Together, we work to understand and integrate these experiences with compassion and clarity, so they are no longer the only framework through which you see yourself. The focus is on healing, meaning-making, and developing a more integrated sense of self.

Alongside this deeper reflection, therapy is future-oriented and intentional, supporting you in clarifying your values, identity, and what you are moving toward as you build a more aligned and meaningful life.

Please feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to determine whether we are a good fit for services.

Interpersonal Group for Mothers Navigating Divorce

$65.00

A therapist-facilitated interpersonal group for mothers navigating divorce. This group offers a safe, supportive, and structured space to share experiences, gain insight, and connect with others who understand both the challenges of this transition and the opportunities for healing and growth.

Please feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to determine whether this group is a good fit for your needs.

About Eden

  • I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing therapy for adults and parents navigating divorce, life transitions, and the impact of early life experiences. My work combines professional training with lived insight, helping clients move beyond survival patterns into more grounded, intentional, and connected lives.

I bring over 25 years of experience in mental health services, beginning in the mid-1990s, and earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2000. Much of my work has focused on children, youth, and families across nonprofit organizations, county public health and social services, school districts, and a healthcare setting. This background informs my understanding of family systems, parenting challenges, and the long-term effects of early life experiences.

In 2013, I earned my Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPSC) and provided school-based mental health services through 2019, supporting students and families with emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. Since 2019, I have worked in a healthcare setting, providing both clinical leadership and therapy to individuals and families navigating complex life transitions.

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2017, bringing both clinical depth and real-world understanding to my work.

  • I understand how challenging major life transitions and complex relationships can be, and I believe that meaningful change is possible. I work with clients to build emotional awareness, strengthen self trust, and develop healthier patterns in how they relate to themselves and others.

My approach is grounded in empathy, emotional safety, and practical strategies. I support clients in processing their experiences and moving toward healing and personal transformation through both individual therapy and group support.

  • I work with individuals who are navigating divorce or separation, parenting through transitions, healing from difficult family dynamics or early experiences, or seeking to break long-standing emotional and relational patterns. I also support those who want to develop healthier boundaries and a stronger sense of self.

  • I offer both individual therapy and therapist facilitated support groups, providing supportive and structured spaces for healing, growth, and personal transformation.
